R.T.I. s.p.a., in compliance with the provisions of both Directive (EU) 2019/1937 and Legislative Decree 24/2023, has adopted internal channels reserved for employees, collaborators, customers, suppliers and, more generally, all those who come into contact with the Company for reports relating to facts committed in violation of national and European legislation, as well as contrary to the provisions of the Code of Ethics and the Organization, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, of which the reporting person has become aware in the workplace.
The management of reports is carried out by R.T.I. s.p.a. in compliance with the confidentiality of the reporting person, guaranteeing the protection of the latter from any retaliatory or discriminatory act.

- Email to the email address reserved for the Supervisory Body at ODV@rti-tec.it;
- Letter to be sent by post, in a sealed envelope, with the wording “confidential” written on the outside, to be addressed to the Supervisory Body at RTI s.p.a., via Giorgio Ambrosoli n. 2/a, 20053 Rodano Millepini (MI);
- Voice message to be recorded on the voice mailbox reserved for the Supervisory Body at the number 0295328630;
- Request for a meeting with a member of the Supervisory Body to be requested by email to the address ODV@rti-tec.it or by voice message to the number 0295328630.
