The range of flexible hoses includes hoses for Industrial, Hydraulic and High Pressure applications.


The range is completed by equipment for customizing the hoses according to application needs.

PUSK-LOK

The en­ti­re range of Push-Lok Sy­stem (tube loc­king joi­ned to the fit­ting push- lok ) of­fers a wide range of pro­duc­ts for ap­pli­ca­tions at low pres­su­re (0-25 bar) . Fea­tu­res of this tech­no­lo­gy are the mar­ket lea­ders :

  • Ma­nual as­sem­bly wi­thout use of e­qui­p­ment
  • wide range of ma­te­rials 

The tu­bing is a­vai­la­ble in va­rious co­lors for easy i­den­ti­fi­ca­tion, but also for main­te­nan­ce pro­ces­ses (white, green, red , yel­low, o­ran­ge , black, blue and gray) and a­chie­va­ble in the fol­lo­wing ma­te­rials :

  • 6 types of rub­ber :
                -801 Plus for a wide range of ap­pli­ca­tions
                -804 for water at high tem­pe­ra­tu­res / fl uids pho­spha­te e­sters
                -821­FR with outer fla­me-re­tar­dant
                -831 ideal for pe­tro­leum-ba­sed hy­drau­lic fl uids
                -836 for oil at high tem­pe­ra­tu­re
                -837BM for a wide range of ap­pli­ca­tions

The Tech­no­lo­gy Push- Lok pro­vi­des a wide range of con­fi­gu­ra­tions ter­mi­nals DIN , BSP, SAE , JIC and ORFS ( brass , steel and stain­less steel ) with nip­ples con­nec­ted to the hose wi­thout the need for Push- Lok ring .

NO SKIVE HOSE
Braided and spiral tubes, which do not require the peeling of the tube before assem­bly.
The use of the special equip­ment for the union of the Noskive hose to the fitting Parkrimp makes the process more secure, efficient and errorproof in addition to ensuring the assembler a saving in cost and time.
This coupling ensures a leak-proof seal and a long service life, even for use at very high pressures.
