Subsea Pressure Regulators

Designed to operate subsea at depths of up to 3,000m (10,000ft), our subsea pressure regulators can either use the external seawater pressure as a reference pressure, or alternatively, they can be completely sealed to operate at topside ambient pressure conditions, thus, are completely unaffected by external pressure conditions. A version of the regulator is also available with a 'bucket handle' to allow subsea adjustment by ROVs. We also have an electric-actuated option which enables remote control of the regulator for applications such as subsea where manual adjustments are difficult or time-consuming
SS-BP400
Medium-Flow Back Pressure Regulator for Subsea Applications: Liquid / Piston / Non-Venting / Max. Inlet: 400 bar (5,800 psi) / Max. Outlet: 10 bar (145 psi) / Cv 2.0
The SS-BP400 is a medium-flow subsea back pressure regulator with 1:1 tracking ratio to reference subsea pressure. Its reference port is located in an adjustable collar beneath the locking cap, enabling users to manually rotate through 360° to suit their application.

Capable of operating at depths of up to 3,000 metres (10,000 ft) and with a balanced main valve as standard it provides stable control under varying inlet pressures and can handle higher flow rates.
SS-COM301
Combination Pressure Regulator for Subsea Applications: Gas or Liquid / Piston / Self-Venting / Max. Inlet: 300 bar (4,350 psi) / Max. Outlet: 50 bar (725 psi) / Cv 0.5
The SS-COM301 is a subsea combination piston-sensed regulator, incorporating our MF101 and BP301 regulators in one body.

It features a balanced main valve design as standard, but is also available in an unbalanced option. Its MP35N main valve spring has been carefully selected for its high streng
SS231
Pressure Regulator for Subsea Applications: Liquid / Piston / Self-Venting / Max. Inlet: 230 bar (3,335 psi) / Max. Outlet: 35 bar (510 psi) / Cv 1.0
The SS231 is a piston-sensed medium-flow subsea pressure regulator. With a balanced main valve as standard it provides stable control under varying inlet pressures.

Operating at depths of up to 3,000 metres (10,000ft), the SS231 uses either the external seawater pressure as a reference or works within a sealed chamber to remain completely unaffected by atmospheric conditions.
SS414
Pressure Regulator for Subsea Applications: Gas or Liquid / Piston / Non- or Self-Venting / Max. Inlet: 414 bar (6,000 psi) / Max. Outlet: 250 bar (3,625 psi) / Cv 2.0 / Optional Remote Operation Via Electric Actuator
The SS414 is a piston-sensed medium-flow subsea pressure regulator with ceramic seating for water-based hydraulic oil applications and systems, or PEEK™ for gas applications. With a balanced main valve as standard, it provides stable control under varying inlet pressures.

Operating at depths of up to 3,000m (10,000ft), the SS414 uses either the external seawater pressure as a reference or works within a sealed chamber to remain completely unaffected by atmospheric conditions.
In addition, our optional compact electric actuator enables remote operation for subsea applications.
SS690
API 17F Approved Pressure Regulator for Subsea Applications: Liquid / Piston / Non- or Self-Venting / Max. Inlet: 690 bar (10,000 psi) / Max. Outlet: 690 bar (10,000 psi) / Cv 0.1 / Optional Remote Operation Via Electric Actuator
SS691
Pressure Regulator for Subsea Applications: Liquid / Piston / Non- or Self-Venting / Max. Inlet: 1,034 bar (15,000 psi) / Max. Outlet: 690 bar (10,000 psi) / Cv 0.1
The SS691 is a piston-sensed low-flow subsea pressure regulator with ceramic seating for water-based hydraulic oil applications and systems. With the balanced main valve option it can provide stable control under varying inlet pressures and cope with higher flow rates.

Operating at depths of up to 3,000 metres (10,000ft), the SS690 uses either the external seawater pressure as a reference or works within a sealed chamber to remain completely unaffected by outside conditions.
