ACS310
Auto-Changeover System: Gas / Diaphragm / Non-Venting / Max. Inlet: 300 bar (4,350 psi) / Max. Outlet: 20 bar (290 psi) / Cv 0.06
The ACS310 auto-changeover system provides a continual supply of gas, ideal for applications such as in medical or laboratory processes where a continual supply of gas is essential. Upon depletion of one bank, the other automatically cuts in. A quick switch of the lever ensures the supply is reset to its original value. An optional second stage regulator prevents fluctuations in supply pressure.
The ACS310 incorporates the LF310 regulator with a solid disk type main valve assembly - further details may be found on the LF310 datasheet.

ACU310
Auto-Changeover Regulator/Unit: Gas / Diaphragm / Non-Venting / Max. Inlet: 300 bar (4,350 psi) / Max. Outlet: 20 bar (290 psi) / Cv: 0.06
The ACU310 is available in to purchase in two configurations:
Option 1: A standalone changeover regulator comprising of two regulators within one regulator body. This allows the continual supply of gas between two bottles due to a differential pressure setting of the two pressure regulators. This will lead to a change in the outlet pressure as the changeover between the main supply and secondary supply takes place.
Option 2: A compact wall-mounted changeover unit that provides a steady outlet pressure from a second-stage pressure regulator as the first-stage changeover regulator controls the pressure from the primary and secondary gas cylinders.< >Check valves are fitted as standard to both options to prevent gas from escaping whilst bottles are replaced. Ancillary equipment such as pressure gauges and relief valves can also be added.

The CYL310 pressure regulator can be supplied as a single- or two-stage gas cylinder regulator assembly with full safety pattern gauges, relief valve and isolation valve. Please note - the CYL310 is supplied as standard with a bottle connector. Using our ordering system on page 4, customers can effectively design their own assembly to suit their individual application requirements.

The CYL540 pressure regulator is a single-stage gas cylinder regulator assembly with full safety pattern gauges, relief valve and isolation valve. Please note - the CYL540 is supplied as standard with a bottle connector.

The LF240 is a single-stage low-flow pressure regulator for gas applications with a large sensitive elastomeric diaphragm for accurate low pressure control.
With a solid disk seat design, the LF240 enables higher inlet pressures of up to 414 bar (6,000 psi). Lightweight and relatively compact, it is perfect for customers looking for a regulator with a smaller footprint.

The LF310 is a single-stage diaphragm-sensed pressure regulator for applications that require higher supply pressures in addition to an extended life cycle.
Based on the LF300 - with its long-lasting Inconel® X750 diaphragm - the LF310 also offers a ‘solid disk’ seat design which is more robust for aggressive or high temperature applications.

The TS310 is a two-stage diaphragm-sensed pressure regulator with solid disk seat design to allow use on wide temperate range and media types, with no elastomeric seals. Suitable for stable pressure control under decaying inlet conditions.
The first stage of the regulator is preset at the factory and locked to prevent alteration. The second stage of the regulator, with a PCTFE seat as standard, can be adjusted by the user between various outlet pressures within the range.

The TS311 is a two-stage piston-sensed pressure regulator with solid disk seat design and is ideal for Hydrogen applications where embrittlement of metal diaphragms can lead to failure.
The large piston sensed elements provide stable pressure control under decaying inlet pressure conditions and have the option of spring energised seals to cope with extreme low temperature conditions. The first stage of the regulator is preset at the factory and locked to prevent alteration. The second stage of the regulator, with a PCTFE seat as standard, can be adjusted by the user between various outlet pressures within the range.

The XHM300 is a simple and compact heated manifold block to heat sample stream or probes with two 1/4" flow channels and an 1/8" NPT instrumentation port.
Certified to ATEX and IECEx, the XHM300 is approved for use in hazardous areas. Featuring a single 150W heater cartridge it is available with a choice of 115V or 230V power supply. In addition, its electrical enclosure meets the requirements of IP66 and NEMA 4 specifications.

The XHR310 is a diaphragm-sensed, dual-heated pressure regulator, designed to maintain sample liquids and gases in their vapour state. Certified to ATEX directive 2014/34/EU, its two 100W heater cartridges, are inserted in spiral machined sheaths, which agitate the media to help with the heat transfer and analysis process. Alternatively, the steam-heated option see its heater cartridges replaced with steam tubes - contact the office for further details.
The propriety PCB is easy to wire and incorporates a potentiometer to adjust the heater temperature setting, and independent channel isolation switches which can be used to allow effective liquid sampling. In addition, its electrical enclosure meets the requirements of IP66 and NEMA 4 specifications.
