Back Pressure Regulators
A back pressure regulator accurately controls the inlet pressures to any process. Our range covers port sizes from 1/8" to 2" and control pressures from 0.1 bar (2 psi) to 690 bar (10,000 psi) on gas or liquid applications. The designs provide accurate and repeatable shut-off due to the large sensing area and minimised loading on the seating area
BP010
Back Pressure Regulator: Gas / Elastomeric Diaphragm / Max. Rating: 10 bar (145 psi) / Control Range: Up to 5 bar (75 psi) / Cv 0.1
The BP010 is an elastomeric diaphragm-sensed back pressure regulator, offering sensitive control. Featuring a spring-loaded design, the BP010 offers a bolted bonnet for simplified servicing through its top access. In addition, its threaded bonnet comes as standard for optional panel mounting.
A sub-atmospheric version is also available which can be used to control a negative pressure upstream of the regulator - please ask for details.

BP300

The BP300 is an Inconel® X750 diaphragm-sensed back pressure regulator.
Its compact and simple design makes it ideal for general purpose applications and for systems that do not require accurate control of upstream pressure.

BP301

The BP301 is a piston-sensed back pressure regulator for accurate back pressure control on both gas (PCTFE seat) and liquid applications. It is a popular choice for our electrolyser customers who rely on accurate and reliable pressure regulation to enhance the efficiency and life span of the electrolyser.
It is available with flanged connections, perfect for systems that do not accept other options.
With a lower Cv of 0.1, the BP301 can control pressures of up to 150 bar (2,175 psi). Alternatively, with a higher Cv of 0.5, it can control up to 50 bar (725 psi).

The BP-LF690 is a piston-sensed low-flow back pressure regulator for gas or liquid applications. The gas version includes a thermoplastic seat, whilst the liquid version features metal-to-metal seating. In addition to Stainless Steel, it is available in a range of materials including Titanium, Vespel® and Hastelloy®.
The BP-LF690 accurately controls inlet pressure and vents excess pressure back via the threaded 1/2" NPT / BSP or 9/16" MP outlet port.

Built-In Breathing System Back Pressure Regulator: Gas / Diaphragm / Max. Rating: 50 bar (725 psi) / Control Range: 30 bar (435 psi) / Cv 2.0
The BIBS100 is a negative-biased, dome-loaded back pressure regulator for gas applications. It offers fine adjustment of the bias spring for enhanced process control.
Its balanced main valve design minimises load on the seat and provides stable pressure control. In addition, servicing is simplified with easy access to the seat cartridge from the base of the regulator.
