High Pressure Regulators

Our high pressure range features piston-sensed pressure regulators with precision machined and fully supported sensor elements to cover pressure ranges up to 1,034 bar (15,000 psi). These regulators are primarily used on oxygen, carbon dioxide, natural gas, methane, ammonia, argon, nitrogen and helium applications. Combined sensor and spring options allow low torque adjustment with accurate and repeatable control. They are available in 316SS and brass, with the option of parts degreased to G93 for use on oxygen service. Port sizes from 1/8" to 3/8".
LF311
Low-Flow Pressure Regulator: Gas or Liquid / Piston / Solid Disk Seat / Non-Venting / Max. Inlet: 414 bar (6,000 psi) / Max. Outlet: 180 bar (2,610 psi) / Cv 0.06
The LF311 is a single-stage piston-sensed pressure regulator for applications that require higher supply pressures in addition to an extended life cycle.
Based on the LF301, the LF311 also offers a ‘solid disk’ seat design which is more robust for aggressive or high temperature applications.
LF540
Low-Flow Pressure Regulator: Gas or Liquid / Piston / Self- or Non-Venting / Max. Inlet: 690 bar (10,000 psi) / Max. Outlet: 414 bar (6,000 psi) / Cv 0.1
The LF540 is a compact and economical piston-sensed, low-flow regulator with precision machined sensing elements to allow fine pressure control up to 414 bar (6,000 psi).

Its load bearings and large handwheel offer low torque adjustment, and the LF540 can be supplied as non-venting or self-venting, non-captured (on gas only). Please note: Cv 0.3 is only available as non-venting.
LF792
Low-Flow Pressure Regulator: Gas / Piston / Self- or Non-Venting / Max. Inlet: 1,034 bar (15,000 psi) / Max. Outlet: 1,034 bar (15,000 psi) / Cv 0.1, 0.3 or 0.05
The LF792 is a piston-sensed low-flow pressure regulator with a Tecasint® seat for use on high pressure gases. It uses a range of precision-machined sensing elements for pressure control up to 1,034 bar (15,000 psi) and offers the same great features as the LF692, but with enhanced support on the seat cartridge.
The LF792 features an unbalanced main valve as standard. Alternatively, a balanced option can be supplied.

Note for Hydrogen Gas only:
Max. inlet up to 690 bar - 316/316L Stainless Steel body
Max. inlet above 690 bar - 660 Type 1 Stainless Steel body
