Hydraulic Pressure Regulators

Our extensive range of piston-sensed hydraulic regulators feature precision machined sensing elements for control to 1,380bar (20,000psi) and self venting is available with captured vent ports. Port sizes from 1/4" to 3/4" and are available with ratio- or dome-loaded options.
HYD691
Low-Flow Hydraulic Pressure Regulator: Liquid / Piston / Ceramic Seat / Self- or Non-Venting / Max. Inlet: 690 bar (10,000 psi) / Max. Outlet: 690 bar (10,000 psi) / Cv 0.06

The HYD691 is a low-flow hydraulic pressure regulator. Specifically targetting mineral oil applications, it has been designed as a compact and economical alternative to our LF690, yet still incorporates all of its key features including a ceramic seat. In comparison, the LF690 offers more extensive Cv options and caters for the harsh services encountered on water-based hydraulic applications such as water glycol.

Its ceramic ball has a ‘glass-like’ finish to provide a positive shut-off and is also fully supported to ensure fixed travel in the ‘Y’ axis. The HYD691 is self-relieving with a segregated captured vent as standard.
LF690
Low-Flow Hydraulic Pressure Regulator: Liquid / Piston / Ceramic Seat / Self- or Non-Venting / Max. Inlet: 690 bar (10,000 psi) / Max. Outlet: 690 bar (10,000 psi) / Cv 0.05, 0.1 or 0.3
The LF690 is a piston-sensed low-flow reducing regulator with ceramic seating to provide the ultimate protection against the harsh service encountered on water-based hydraulic applications such as water glycol. For hydro-carbon applications, refer to HYD691.

Its unique seating cartridge ensures the main valve is fully supported during operation to prevent ‘chattering’. The LF690 is supplied with a segregated captured vent to prevent deterioration to the loading mechanism and making the regulator easier to service.
LF691
Low-Flow Hydraulic Pressure Regulator: Liquid / Piston / Ceramic Seat / Non- or Self-Venting / Max. Inlet: 1,380 bar (20,000 psi) / Max. Outlet: 1,380 bar (20,000 psi) / CV: 0.05, 0.1 or 0.3
The LF691 is a piston-sensed low-flow reducing regulator with ceramic seating to provide the ultimate protection against the harsh service encountered on water-based hydraulic applications such as water glycol. In addition, the LF691 offers a plug design for supply above 690 bar (10,000 psi).

Its unique seating cartridge ensures the main valve is fully supported during operation to prevent ‘chattering’. The LF691 is supplied with a segregated captured vent to prevent deterioration to the loading mechanism and allowing media to be piped off to the return tank.
LGC690
Low-Pressure Hydraulic Reducing Regulator: Liquid / Piston / Self-Venting / Max. Inlet: 414 bar (6,000 psi) / Max. Outlet: 20 bar (290 psi) / Cv 0.3
The LGC690 is a piston-sensed low-pressure hydraulic reducing regulator. It provides accurate control on Logic Control Systems used on Wellhead Control Panels where low deadband and repeatable pressure control is critical.
With a balanced main valve as standard, the LGC690 offers an easy to service main valve cartridge assembly and self-venting via its captured port.
MF414
Medium-Flow Pressure Regulator: Gas or Liquid / Piston / Self- or Non-Venting / Max. Inlet: 414 bar (6,000 psi) / Max. Outlet: 414 bar (6,000 psi) / Cv 2.0
The MF414 is a medium-flow piston-sensed pressure regulator with a balanced main valve design to provide stable control under varying inlet pressures. Its versatility enables use on liquid (with a ceramic seat) or gas (with a PEEK™ seat) applications.

Both designs feature a segregated captured vent to allow pressure reduction of the outlet pressure through a 1/4" NPT port on the side of the regulator’s body. It is available spring-loaded, air-loaded or dome-loaded.
HYD690
Economical Low-Flow Hydraulic Pressure Regulator: Liquid / Piston / Self-Venting / Max. Inlet: 690 bar (10,000 psi) / Max. Outlet: 690 bar (10,000 psi) / Cv 0.06
The HYD690 has been designed as an economical and compact alternative to the HYD691, yet still incorporates all of the key features of the larger regulator. It is a self-relieving with a segregated captured vent as standard.

It is perfectly equipped to provide the ultimate protection against the harsh service encountered on hydraulic services. When it is time for servicing, this be done easily from the spring section.
